Just two days ago, the new cultural partnership between the Embassy of Italy in Tokyo and Yamaha Music Japan officially began, celebrating the 160th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Italy and Japan.

I am deeply grateful to have helped build a bridge between two institutions united by the same values, and I am truly honored to be part of this journey, which will transform the historic Residence of the Italian Ambassador into a true Italian-Japanese musical salon—a place where artists, institutions and future generations can meet, exchange ideas and create together.

My sincere thanks to Ambassador Mario Vattani, President of Yamaha Music Japan Yuji Matsuoka, and everyone who believed in this vision.
